Independent Suppliers Group Board of Directors Elections
Rosemont, IL – February 2, 2022 – At the annual shareholders meeting on December 16, 2021, Independent Suppliers Group (ISG) announced the election of four members to the Board of Directors.
The four members elected to serve three-year terms were:
• Yancey Jones, Jr. of The Supply Room Companies
• Brian Kerr of Kerr Workplace
• Ian Wist of Wist Office Products
• Paul McKinney of Eakes Office Solutions
Additionally, four members of the Board of Directors were elected to positions on the Executive Committee:
• Jordan Kudler, Legacy Office Solutions – Chairman
• Yancey Jones, Jr. – Vice Chairman
• Thomas Jordan, Herald Office Supply – Treasurer
• Brian Kerr – Secretary
“I am honored that the ISG Board has placed a high level of confidence in last year’s Executive Committee, by electing to keep the same individuals in the same Executive Committee positions for the 2022 term,” said ISG Board of Directors Chairman Jordan Kudler. “I am also pleased with the addition of Paul McKinney to the Board of Directors, and I am looking forward to his contributions on behalf of all shareholders and members.”
