  T.J. Crayne is a veteran executive with a successful TJ Crayne phototrack record of leading dynamic organizations to achieve growth and market presence. He drives businesses to differentiate themselves through his strong understanding of corporate vision and leveraging better business practices and technology. As a technology leader with over 25 years of experience, TJ has used his business understanding and creativity to help businesses expand market share, develop best business models, launch innovative new technology and build high performance teams. His strength in effectively collaborating with all segments of a business allows him to execute campaigns that have taken organizations to peak levels of performance. TJ was formerly Vice President, Reseller Technology for United Stationers (a $5+ billion business products distributor) where he was instrumental in driving transformational technology offerings for United’s reseller marketplace. TJ most recently lead a team to acquire a Microsoft VAR and become an exclusive agent for a UK based eCommerce business. By acquiring these software vendors TJ positioned United to protect and grow a $100 million merchandising revenue stream that was in danger as United moved from a printed catalog business model to a digital offering. TJ’s leadership strength emerged early in his career as he founded United Business Computers and grew the company’s installed system base throughout the United States and Canada. TJ merged United Business Computers with ECi Software, the leading software vendor in the business products sector. At the time of the merger, United Business Computers had installed ERP systems at over 400 businesses. Outside of his business career, TJ is a founding board member of the eMBA Alumni Project, a non-profit organization created to promote networking of established eMBA alumni from all schools and support other students through scholarship programs. TJ received his IT Bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) at California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and his MBA (Outstanding eMBA Student) at Chapman University’s George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics. Additional studies at MIT Sloan Management and Stanford Business School.
